A return will only be considered within 7 days of the delivery date.
If you have received incorrect or missing/broken items please contact us in regards to a replacement within 3 days of delivery or we cannot issue any replacements.
Returned items must be in new/unused condition.
The Vegan Insider reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee.
All returns will be refunded via payment method or store credit depending on the case.
Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received.
We do not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
Notes: Depending on the shipping method, carriers may take a while to return your packages. Please keep your proof of postage and tracking as we are not liable for stolen or lost in transit goods. We cannot issue credit without proof of postage for these items.
Notes: We are not responsible for making changes to your addresses or payment information online. Please make sure your information is up to date before purchasing as we are not responsible for packages shipped to old or incorrect addresses.

Ultimately, The Vegan Insider reserves the rights to solely define and limit/refuse or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive return history indicative of possible usage.
An irregular or excessive returns history of used, damaged, or missing items; or,
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, The Vegan Insider reserves the right to refuse service to anyone due to similar actions as noted above.

Pack your items safely in the original product packaging with all the original paperwork, packaging, and accessories. Alterations are unacceptable.
