We’ve gathered a list of the best easy vegan dessert recipes. These are our go-to vegan dessert recipes when we’re looking for something quick and easy, but also delicious and satisfying.

There are 4 mostly plant-based, super easy, and nearly fool-proof recipes included. As we discover new recipes that meet our criteria for being the best easy vegan dessert recipes that turn out amazing every time, then we’ll add more to the list and update it as we go!

1. One Bowl Vegan Chocolate Cake

If you’re looking for something rich and satisfying, this vegan one-bowl chocolate cake is perfect. It actually doesn’t even require a bowl (it’s all mixed in the pan it cooks in!).

It only calls for 7 ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, vegetable oil, white vinegar, and vanilla extract, and water.

Top with a vegan ganache and serve with coffee to take things to the next level.

2. Banana Nice Cream

Banana nice cream is beyond simple and (in my opinion) just as satisfying as ice cream.

It calls for just 1 ingredient: frozen bananas.

You can also add vanilla, chocolate, soy milk, and toppings to make things even tastier.

You will need frozen bananas for this one, but if you have those on hand then this vegan, plant-based dessert takes just a few short minutes to prepare. And it’s got ZERO added sugar!

3. Kate Flower’s Raw Brownies

These are incredibly easy and so rich! They’re perfect served as-is or along side some banana nice cream.

They only require 4 plant-based ingredients: walnuts, Medjool dates, carob (or cocoa) powder, and vanilla extract (you can make your own extract – learn how here).

These brownies have no added sugar since they’re naturally sweetened with dates. They do take a food processor to prepare, though I’ve made them before a knife and a lot of persistence.

4. Oreo “Milkshake”

This one is super easy and delicious, though it does have some added sugar.

It only calls for 4 ingredients: frozen banana, Oreo cookies, non-dairy milk, and vanilla extract (learn how to make your own extract here).

This one requires a blender and only takes a few minutes to prepare.
